Collection of Information

To provide you with a complete online shopping facility we need to take a few details from you when you register or order from our site. We will need your email address, a username and password and your address and contact details for delivery of products. None of this information is passed onto third party sources and we access your data only to process your orders with us.

We also collect customer Search Terms and Keywords to help us to improve our service to you, but none of these records are linked to your account.

All e-commerce sites need to use cookies in order to record your order history and to process things like your shopping cart etc. The cookie is a tiny piece of computer code stored on your hard disk. You can disable all cookies in your web browser if you wish.

Our site is protected by SSL Security and the certificate can be viewed in your browser. This means that any financial details are passed to us in an encrypted form. They can not be accessed or viewed by any third party.

Email

When you register with us you have the option to be included on our email newsletter database. From time to time we would like to contact you with any news about new product releases (which happen every few months) or about any special offers we think you may be interested in. We will never pass your email address to any third party or company for any purpose whatsoever. If you decide at any point that you do not want to receive our newsletter, please send us an email to with the words UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject bar.

Payments

Payments may be made via Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Payments are collected using a secure, encrypted connection between your computer and our servers. Meri Meri do not keep records of your bank account or credit card details.
